Meet Our Director

LaSonja Hagans

LaSonja Hagans is a dedicated educator and Licensed Master Social Worker with more than 20 years of experience supporting children and families. Her background in education, school leadership, and clinical social work allows her to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

She holds a Master of Social Work from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of New Orleans, along with numerous certifications in early childhood and special education.

Her passion is helping every child grow academically, socially, emotionally, and confidently in a caring environment.
